Could not recommend more highly. Emily is incredibly skilled, fixed my vintage machine and told me what I needed to continue using and in what way to keep it in the great working order she gave it back to me in! Great communication and just lovely, will be coming to her for all future needs.

Absolutely amazing service. I found Emily (AKA the Fix Witch) just from a Google search, and I'm so glad I did as she will now be my go to person for servicing and fixing my sewing machine (and any other electrical items as she's a woman of multiple talents!)

She fixed my sewing machine brilliantly and for such a reasonable price. Her work was more thorough and far better value than other repair places I've used in the past who mainly just cleaned and oiled the machine. She’s so knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to what I loved about my machine. I especially wanted to keep the original pedal from my vintage machine, but thought it wasn't possible as it was so broken. Rather than just replacing it (which would have been quicker and easier), she managed to repair the original so I could keep it and that really meant a lot. I really appreciated the additional time and effort she went to for that.

Brilliant service, she got my vintage 1950's husqvarna viking sewing machine working the best it ever has done. It is purring like a kitten now! Much more thorough service than the last person to service it and at a much more reasonable price. I'll definitely use Emily again for my machines.
